You're Not Overthinking It.

You're Under-Supported.

So many of the women I work with are smart, capable, deeply loving and quietly terrified. Not because something is wrong with them, but because they've been asked to navigate one of life’s biggest transitions without the support their body actually needs.

Pregnancy asks you to change, soften, and expand and yet so many women are met with a quiet, fear-based narrative that tells them this is something happening to them, not something they are meant to move through with power and intention. Instead of being supported to trust themselves, they’re often taught to look outside of themselves for answers.

So if part of you feels anxious, untethered, or unsure how to trust what’s unfolding… that doesn’t make you weak. It means you haven’t been supported in the way your body truly needs.

If you’ve been longing for someone who understands what it feels like to live in a body that’s full of anxious thoughts and changing every day and you are ready to meet that experience with more steadiness and trust … you’re in the right place.

Meet Hannah

I know what it feels like to move through this without a sense of safety.

During my own pregnancies and postpartum, I didn’t have the tools I now offer to other women and I felt that deeply. The uncertainty. The quiet anxiety. The pressure to feel joyful when I didn’t. The sense that I was supposed to trust my body… without ever being shown how.

Everything shifted when I found breathwork and nervous system regulation. Not as another tool to “get it right,” but as a way to come back into my body. I learned how to soften instead of brace. To respond instead of spiral. To feel a kind of safety that wasn’t dependent on everything going perfectly.

From that place, something powerful emerged: trust. Not forced or intellectual, but embodied. The kind that stays with you when things are unknown. I knew immediately this is what had been missing for me, and so many others feeling the same quiet suffering.

MPowered Birth was created from that knowing. Because every woman deserves to feel this. Calm. Clear. Connected. To walk into birth feeling like her body is home, not like she’s bracing for something. Like birth is not a threat but a story she gets to write.

My Beliefs

What I Know to Be True

01

Birth is not just a medical event

It's a nervous system experience shaping how you remember, integrate, and step into motherhood.

02

Information doesn’t create safety

A regulated body does. And when your body feels safe, your capacity to expand becomes easeful and peaceful. Expansion is a necessary part of birth, physically and emotionally.

03

The goal isn't a perfect birth, it is an empowered one

Birth should be something women feel supported and resourced for not something they endure. It's a woman who feels present, grounded, and empowered to meet each moment as it comes.

04

The way you enter motherhood matters

MPowered exists to support grounded beginnings for birth, for the postpartum season, and for the family that follows.

My Approach

Backed by training. Centered on your experience.

My approach is rooted in the belief that your body already knows how to do this. My job isn't to teach you how to give birth, it is to support you in releasing the patterns of tension, fear, and disconnection that make it harder to access your intuition and confidence.

When we regulate the body, the mind follows. When the mind quiets, clarity comes. And when clarity comes, trust and confidence are possible.

From that place, birth no longer feels overwhelming or out of your control. It becomes something you can move through with steadiness, presence, and a deep sense of inner safety no matter how it unfolds.

A little more, human to human

  • I believe the simplest things breath, presence, feeling your feet on the ground, can change everything

  • I’m deeply committed to practicing what I teach in my own life

  • I care just as much about how you feel as what you learn

  • I’m constantly in awe of the strength and sensitivity women carry at the same time

  • I built this work because I know what it’s like to need it

Get started

You don’t have to hold this alone.

This season of your life deserves to feel supported, not just managed.

If you’re ready to move through pregnancy feeling more grounded, more connected, and more trusting of your body, I would love to walk alongside you.
