How is MPowered Birth different from other prenatal programs?

Most prenatal programs prepare women for birth. MPowered Birth prepares women for the full transition — from late pregnancy through the fourth trimester — integrating nutrition, physiology, nervous system regulation, birth education, and mental health inside a small cohort community. It's not a course. It's a container.

Who are the practitioners inside the program?

MPowered Birth brings together a curated team across disciplines — nutrition, pelvic floor and birth physiology, perinatal mental health, and nervous system regulation. Every practitioner shares a framework. They don't just coexist inside the program — they integrate.

How large are the cohorts?

Intentionally small. Eight to twelve women per cohort. Large enough for real community, small enough for real depth.

When should I join?

The program is designed for women in the second or third trimester — ideally with enough runway to move through all ten weeks before their due date. That said, reach out wherever you are. We'll tell you honestly whether timing works.

What if I've already given birth?

The fourth trimester is its own season, and we're developing postpartum-specific support. Contact us and we'll let you know what's coming.

I'm a practitioner. How do I get involved?

We're building our practitioner network now. If you work in nutrition, pelvic floor therapy, perinatal mental health, birth education, or somatic practice — and you believe in integrated, community-based care — we'd love to talk. Use the form above and select "practitioner."
