Weeks 8–10 Crossing the threshold with intention. What the first six weeks actually look like. Feeding, sleep, and recovery planning. Who you want to be as a mother values, not performance.

Evidence-informed content across nutrition, physiology, birth education, nervous system regulation, and postpartum preparation. Delivered in short, digestible modules designed for tired, busy, pregnant women.

Not one coach. A team nutritionist, pelvic floor specialist, birth educator, perinatal mental health support, somatic practitioner all working from a shared framework.

Weekly live sessions for integration, connection, and community. Not lectures. Space to process, ask real questions, and be witnessed by women who understand exactly where you are.

An intimate group of women at the same stage. A community built before you need it most and one that doesn't end when the program does.

Most prenatal programs prepare women for birth. MPowered Birth prepares women for the full transition — from late pregnancy through the fourth trimester — integrating nutrition, physiology, nervous system regulation, birth education, and mental health inside a small cohort community. It's not a course. It's a container.
MPowered Birth brings together a curated team across disciplines — nutrition, pelvic floor and birth physiology, perinatal mental health, and nervous system regulation. Every practitioner shares a framework. They don't just coexist inside the program — they integrate.
Intentionally small. Eight to twelve women per cohort. Large enough for real community, small enough for real depth.
The program is designed for women in the second or third trimester — ideally with enough runway to move through all ten weeks before their due date. That said, reach out wherever you are. We'll tell you honestly whether timing works.
The fourth trimester is its own season, and we're developing postpartum-specific support. Contact us and we'll let you know what's coming.
