Work with Us

Ten Weeks.

An Intimate Cohort.

The Preparation You've Been Looking For.

MPowered Birth is an integrated perinatal program: nutrition, physiology, birth education, nervous system regulation, and postpartum planning. Held inside a community of women moving through the same arc together.

Here is what the current model gets right:

Prenatal appointments. Ultrasounds. Birth classes. A lot of information.

Here is what it misses:

The identity shift coming. The physiological depletion no one warned you about. The relationship rupture. The grief of the self before. The fourth trimester that begins in the third.

Women are not underprepared because they didn't try hard enough. They're underprepared because the model stops at birth.

MPowered Birth doesn't.

Imagine

Feeling Like This Instead

  • You move through the final weeks of pregnancy with a framework, not just a feeling. You know what's happening in your body and why. You have a support network that's real built before you needed it, not scrambled for after.

  • You cross into the fourth trimester not perfectly, but prepared. You know what to watch for. You know how to ask for help. Your nervous system has been trained for this, not just informed about it.

  • And you have women around you who went through it at the same time. Who know your story. Who will still be there at six weeks, six months, and beyond.

That is what this program is built to produce.

The MPowered Method:

foundations

Weeks 1–3 Who you are, where you're starting from, and what your body is already doing. Nervous system baseline. Physiology of late pregnancy. The identity shift coming and how to meet it.

preparation

Weeks 4–7 The integrated work. Birth physiology and what genuinely influences outcomes. Nutritional foundations for pregnancy AND the fourth trimester. Pelvic floor and physical preparation. Relationship and support planning. Mental health baseline and what to watch for.

transition

Weeks 8–10 Crossing the threshold with intention. What the first six weeks actually look like. Feeding, sleep, and recovery planning. Who you want to be as a mother values, not performance.

Nervous system regulation is not a module.

It's the lens through which every week is taught.

What's Included:

the program

Ten weeks of

structured curriculum

Evidence-informed content across nutrition, physiology, birth education, nervous system regulation, and postpartum preparation. Delivered in short, digestible modules designed for tired, busy, pregnant women.

A curated

practitioner team

Not one coach. A team nutritionist, pelvic floor specialist, birth educator, perinatal mental health support, somatic practitioner all working from a shared framework.

Live cohort sessions

Weekly live sessions for integration, connection, and community. Not lectures. Space to process, ask real questions, and be witnessed by women who understand exactly where you are.

Your cohort community

An intimate group of women at the same stage. A community built before you need it most and one that doesn't end when the program does.

A postpartum

resource library

Tools, guides, and practices for pregnancy, birth and the fourth trimester  curated, evidence-informed, and ready when you need them.

real stories.

What women are saying

I am sooo grateful

Really not sure what I’ve done to deserve such incredible support from an even more incredible person

- AR

I've been consistent with my breathing exercises and I'm already seeing and feeling results.

What surprised me most was how present I felt with my kids — my responses felt light, not heavy. I am genuinely more peaceful. I'm so grateful for this experience and excited to keep going.

- AK

You are really making a difference.

I just wish people knew and immediately trusted what this process can do for them. The magic this work creates is real.

Let's begin

The transition into motherhood deserves more than a birth class.

You've been looking for something integrated, rigorous, and real. Something that holds the whole arc — not just the birth event. Something built inside community, not consumed alone on your phone.

This is it.

Questions?

Let's Answer Them.

How is MPowered Birth different from other prenatal programs?

Most prenatal programs prepare women for birth. MPowered Birth prepares women for the full transition — from late pregnancy through the fourth trimester — integrating nutrition, physiology, nervous system regulation, birth education, and mental health inside a small cohort community. It's not a course. It's a container.

Who are the practitioners inside the program?

MPowered Birth brings together a curated team across disciplines — nutrition, pelvic floor and birth physiology, perinatal mental health, and nervous system regulation. Every practitioner shares a framework. They don't just coexist inside the program — they integrate.

How large are the cohorts?

Intentionally small. Eight to twelve women per cohort. Large enough for real community, small enough for real depth.

When should I join?

The program is designed for women in the second or third trimester — ideally with enough runway to move through all ten weeks before their due date. That said, reach out wherever you are. We'll tell you honestly whether timing works.

What if I've already given birth?

The fourth trimester is its own season, and we're developing postpartum-specific support. Contact us and we'll let you know what's coming.

I'm a practitioner. How do I get involved?

We're building our practitioner network now. If you work in nutrition, pelvic floor therapy, perinatal mental health, birth education, or somatic practice — and you believe in integrated, community-based care — we'd love to talk. Use the form above and select "practitioner."
